This recipe is so creative and innovative! Shout out to Glenda from Around the Family Table Blog!! I made a few tweaks to this cake so it’s not completely sugar free because I used a strawberry glaze instead of red food coloring and I did use confection sugar! In the cake batter I used a sugar substitute called Erythritol. Overall this cake was interesting to make! It is obvious that Glenda is a much more advanced baker than I so my review isn’t really comparable to the actual cake itself! Flavor wise, it is a bit unusual but it is actually pretty good!
